The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd54 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where legally required:

• 5Charging back or reversing any payment made to bd54 through your bank or payment provider without first contacting bd54 support to resolve the dispute. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• 6Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors to gain credits or winnings that would not have been awarded under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reversed.

The bd54 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorized use of bd54's trademarks in connection with any other product, service, or business is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Bangladeshi law.

Upon voluntary closure of your account by request, or upon termination by bd54 for breach of Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements, provided no fraud investigation is pending.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bd54 may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Platform with the date of the revision noted at the top of the document.
